No, not the famous Glacier National Park, but a gorgeous glacier-made treasure just across the lake from us.
A warm and sunny (by Wisconsin standards) Christmas day was perfect to head out with Milly in tow for a hike around the park.
Feeling a little stronger everyday, and very thankful for fresh air and beautiful scenery to continue to rebuild back to normal.
Looking forward to a week ahead of no work for Raj, so extra lounging and movie watching time and some serious building of new white blood cells and platelets.
Hoping for a big boost of progress in these final days of 2021 - as I need to hit a minimum of 700 ANC to meet Eligibility to begin getting the covid vaccinations…fingers crossed this will be possible by mid-January.
We would be a good Jewish family if Chinese food didn’t make an appearance yesterday…
Have no fear, Raj and I took a drive to pick up food from the world famous (haha) China Kitchen in Jackson, WI. We were pleasantly surprised- food was actually quite good, and we got to see another cute Main Street in the area. (Pictures here: Not cute- this strip mall location for the restaurant)

What’s entertaining us:
Don’t Look UP - absolutely loved it!!! although very close to home for a nearly 20 year climate activist.
Jockey - Excellent, beautifully filmed, highly recommend!
Jim and Raj watched No Time to Die today- reviews: (it was long, cool film, no spoilers here)
What I’m grateful for:
- The awesome family members featured in this video:
- A little more daylight every day
- These slow days and relaxing evenings that not so long from now I’ll probably wish I had more of..

Raj loungewear game on point
